Stir-fry Variations

Stir-fry obviously comes in a variety of combinations. I was excited for this broccoli and ground turkey version. It seemed like a quick, healthy-ish option for a busy weeknight.

This recipe moved pretty quickly but sacrificed nothing in taste because of it. I used ground turkey from my freezer, some frozen pearl onions (I accidentally got those instead of chopped one time), and fresh broccoli florets. Since I used the frozen onion and prechopped broccoli, there was very little prep work to do. I probably could have cooked the broccoli a little longer. The florets were pretty big so it was hard to judge exactly how much time they needed.

This was so tasty! Simple, ordinary foods with an Asian twist. I served ours over this rice (which really does turn out perfectly every time). The leftovers were delicious too.

Ooo this looks good! Stir-fry is a meal I’ve always meant to make at home because I know how easy it can be but I always forget to… I definitely need to give it a shot soon :)

Ahh..stir fry is the best. I always buy ground turkey and look for different recipes to make it with. I never thought about making it with stir fry, but I'm definitely gonna give it a try!
